Shelley is the Operations Manager for Kelby Creek Development, and the Broker-Manager of Kelby Creek Real Estate, LLC. Her past professional experience includes serving as Community Operations Manager for Rivercut Golf Community, the largest masterplanned golf community in Springfield, Missouri, managing a real estate portfolio of over 1500 multi-family units and leadership of Keller Williams Realty, a national franchise real estate company, where she operated as both Team Leader and Broker-Manager.

Shelley owns and operates FairWorthe Properties, LLC, a real estate brokerage and management company. Her passion for land development and new construction drives the company's primary focus of real estate consulting and comprehensive business management services including land and market analysis, feasibility studies, acquisitions and contract due diligence, strategic planning, governmental processes and association management. In addition, Shelley develops and executes specialized sales, marketing and public relations programs for her clients.

Shelley is a licensed Missouri real estate broker, has a degree in Business and Marketing, and has completed numerous continuing education and career development courses. She is a member of the Home Builder's Association, the Greater Springfield Board of Realtors and both the Missouri and National Association of Realtors.
